CNIO Arte 2020: Paintings by Carmen Calvo

The third edition of CNIO Arte (2020), curated by visual artist Amparo Garrido, has brought together visual artist Carmen Calvo and paleoanthropologist Juan Luis Arsuaga.

The artist Carmen Calvo has created four paintings around the reflection on art and this branch of science. The profits made from the sales of these artistic works go entirely to finance cancer research at the CNIO, through the ‘CNIO Friends’ philanthropic initiative.
